Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage resources and drive continuous improvement across all operational functions except business development and sales. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership and a focus on compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies to support company growth and objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements using data and analytics.
• Oversee resource allocation, including staffing, equipment and materials.
• Manage logistics and supply‑chain operations to ensure timely, cost‑effective delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety standards and company policies.
• Oversee facility maintenance and create a safe, productive work environment.
• Collaborate with sales to maintain high customer satisfaction and improve service delivery.
• Develop and manage operational budgets, ensuring cost control and financial accountability.
• Recruit, train and develop operations staff, conducting performance reviews and coaching.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years’ experience in an operations management role, preferably in renewable energy or manufacturing.
• Strong leadership and team‑management skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Proficiency in operations‑management software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
