Operations Manager – Real Estate (Urgent Hire)

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing real‑estate investment and property‑development firm in Nairobi, is looking for an Operations Manager to lead daily operations, coordinate project execution and support business growth. This urgent hire will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, enhancing customer experience and contributing to revenue growth across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day business operations across administration, customer service, sales support and property management.
• Develop and implement operational systems, policies and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Monitor operational KPIs, prepare performance reports and ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, lead‑generation activities and support sales conversion efforts for apartment projects and investment products.
• Manage project timelines, contractor relationships and supplier performance for property‑development initiatives.
• Support tenant‑management processes, including maintenance coordination, occupancy management and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Highly organized, proactive and commercially driven professional.
• Proven experience in operations, project coordination or business development within a fast‑paced real‑estate environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to monitor KPIs and drive process improvements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Hands‑on leader capable of working across multiple departments.
