About the role

The Supply Operations Specialist will lead and supervise Glovo couriers in expansion cities, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations while driving growth, efficiency and courier satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise Glovo couriers in expansion cities, overseeing day‑to‑day operations.
• Manage recruitment, training and onboarding of new couriers.
• Maintain and analyse operational metrics, producing daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Optimize courier acquisition, retention and performance to improve delivery times and earnings.
• Ensure regulatory compliance, manage insurance policies and enforce safety protocols.
• Facilitate communication with the Operations Manager and support cross‑functional stakeholders.
