Operations Supervisor – Turkwell

About the role

The Site Operations Supervisor ensures safe, reliable and efficient operation of the water loading facility at Turkwell, maintaining continuous water supply and coordinating tanker loading activities. The role oversees site operations, contracted personnel, maintenance contractors and transporters to meet daily water volume targets.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the water loading facility to guarantee safe and efficient water dispatch.
• Coordinate tanker loading operations and ensure continuity of water supply.
• Supervise contracted personnel, maintenance contractors and transport activities, ensuring compliance with operational requirements.
• Track performance metrics and report operational status to senior management.

Required profile

• Certificate or Diploma in Engineering, Technical, Operations, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years (Diploma) or 7 years (Certificate) experience in high‑throughput, operationally intensive environments.
• Proven experience supervising or coordinating operational and maintenance contractors.
• Technical understanding of mechanical, electrical or process equipment to monitor performance and identify issues.
• Experience managing multiple contractors, vehicle movements and time‑critical service requirements.
