About the role
The International Livestock Research Institute (ILRI) offers short‑term, paid internships for students to gain practical experience in livestock agriculture research. Interns work five days a week under the supervision of a staff mentor and are expected to resume their studies after the placement.
Key responsibilities
- Assist staff members in the assigned department or program with daily tasks.
- Support research and capacity‑development activities related to livestock agriculture.
Required profile
- Enrolled in an undergraduate degree program with at least one semester remaining.
- Certificate, diploma or senior high school students may also be considered through strategic partnerships.
- Proficiency in English.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
