Part-Time Event Staff

About the role

Elite Amenity Management is seeking motivated, hospitality‑driven individuals to join our team as Part‑Time Event Staff. You will work on‑site at residential and commercial properties, helping to create memorable, high‑quality experiences for residents, families, and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with event setup and breakdown, including signage, equipment, and amenity areas.
• Greet and direct patrons, support guest check‑in, and distribute event materials.
• Maintain organized courts, signage, and hospitality areas throughout the event.
• Provide event and venue information to staff and guests, ensuring policies and procedures are followed.
• Serve as the on‑site point of contact for property managers, volunteers, and vendors.
• Support the Events Planning Director with operations, issue resolution, and administrative tasks as needed.

Required profile

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and outdoors during events.
• Reliable transportation (no travel reimbursement provided).
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced event environment and interact positively with participants.
