Partner Program Director – Remote (Sub‑Saharan Africa)

About the role

OpenFn is seeking a Partner Program Director to lead and expand its collaboration with implementation partners and resellers who embed the OpenFn platform into government and NGO projects. Based remotely in Sub‑Saharan Africa, you will own the full partner lifecycle—from identification and onboarding to revenue growth and certification.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, engage and qualify prospective implementation partners and resellers across the region and globally.
• Guide partners through OpenFn’s Partner Program, negotiate agreements and articulate mutual value.
• Drive partner‑generated revenue by uncovering new opportunities, supporting deal scoping and closing.
• Track partner pipeline, revenue performance and report insights to senior leadership.
• Deliver training, enablement and ongoing support to ensure partners can sell and implement the platform effectively.
• Build and nurture a partner community through regular calls, regional meet‑ups and collaborative feature sessions.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in partnerships, channel management or business development, preferably with technology or software platforms.
• Proven track record of onboarding and managing a portfolio of partners that deliver measurable revenue.
• Strong understanding of partnership ecosystems, incentive structures and contract negotiation.
• Fluent professional English and proficiency in French or Spanish.
• Ability to work independently within a fully‑remote, multicultural team.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of AI agentic management tools.
• Experience with system integration and workflow automation platforms.
