About the role
Maseno University is seeking a part‑time lecturer to deliver Auditing 1 courses to undergraduate students. The role involves preparing and presenting lecture material, assessing student performance, and contributing to the academic community.
Key responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lectures and tutorials on Auditing principles.
- Prepare teaching aids, case studies, and assessment tools.
- Mark assignments, examinations, and provide constructive feedback.
- Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and academic events.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of accounting standards and auditing practices.
Required profile
- Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Professional accounting or auditing certification is an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to teach at the tertiary level.
