About the role

KOULLS is seeking a Past Board Member to provide strategic guidance and continuity as the company evolves. This full‑time, on‑site position in Nairobi County, Kenya, focuses on advising on vision, long‑term goals, and operational priorities while preserving institutional knowledge.

Key responsibilities

• Advise executive and management teams on company vision, strategy, and long‑term objectives.
• Review performance data, evaluate new initiatives, and ensure alignment with KOULLS’ mission and values.
• Participate in stakeholder meetings, mentor team members, and support leadership in decision‑making processes.
• Help foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and sustainable growth.

Required profile

• Background in technology, software solutions, mobility services, or related industries.
• Demonstrated experience in business leadership, ownership, or executive management.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in operations, finance, or governance with ability to interpret performance data.
