Payroll Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Payroll Analyst to join our Nairobi team on a full‑time, onsite basis. The role involves processing multiple client payrolls accurately, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage multiple client payrolls simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle wage garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, and other payroll deductions.
• Prepare quarter‑end and year‑end payroll reports and generate ad‑hoc reports for clients.
• Support clients with payroll processing, timekeeping, and payroll‑related inquiries.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, documentation, and project initiatives.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1/C2).
• Minimum 1 year of customer‑service experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Excellent phone presence and client‑facing abilities.
• Organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
