Payroll Associate – Client‑Focused Payroll Specialist

About the role
We are looking for a highly motivated Payroll Associate to join our fast‑paced, client‑focused team. The role involves processing multiple client payrolls accurately and delivering exceptional customer service while working under tight deadlines.
Key responsibilities
- Process and manage multiple client payrolls on time and in compliance with regulations.
- Handle payroll taxation, wage garnishments, child support orders, and tax levies.
- Prepare quarter‑end, year‑end and ad‑hoc payroll reports.
- Maintain accurate time and attendance records throughout the payroll cycle.
- Troubleshoot payroll system issues and provide timely support to clients.
- Respond to client inquiries, resolve concerns and ensure consistent follow‑up.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in payroll processing or accounting services.
- Proven ability to work in a high‑volume, deadline‑driven environment.
- Advanced/Fluent English with strong communication skills.
