P&C Design and Change Management Specialist

About the role

The P&C Design and Change Management Specialist ensures that People & Culture transformation initiatives – such as Workday enhancements, process redesigns, and digital roll‑outs – are truly adopted across IRC’s global workforce. The role owns the people‑readiness side of change, assessing impact, readiness, and adoption risks before launch.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute structured change management plans for assigned P&C initiatives using ADKAR, Prosci or similar methodologies.
• Conduct stakeholder impact assessments to capture affected populations, scale of change, adoption risks and readiness gaps.
• Develop and deliver communication and engagement plans, tailoring messages, channels and timing for each audience.
• Identify and mitigate change resistance, escalating significant risks with clear recommendations.
• Establish readiness checkpoints and track adoption metrics, recommending targeted interventions where needed.
• Partner with the Training & Learning Delivery Specialist to ensure impact assessments inform training design and sequencing.
• Document change approaches, decisions and lessons learned; conduct post‑implementation reviews on change effectiveness.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in change management or HR transformation roles.
• Proven experience delivering structured change management on P&C technology or business transformation projects.
• Solid working knowledge of Workday from an end‑user or project delivery perspective (strong advantage).
• Change‑management certification (Prosci, CCMP or equivalent) is a plus.
• Experience working in a complex, matrixed organization is preferred.
