Pediatric Nurse – Private Healthcare

About the role

The Pediatric Nurse will deliver specialized nursing care to infants, children and adolescents within a private healthcare setting. The role focuses on preventive health, immunisation programmes and compassionate support for patients and families.

Key responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care, monitor growth and development, and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Administer vaccines according to national schedules and maintain accurate immunisation records.
• Assist paediatricians during clinical procedures and coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams.
• Educate parents on vaccination, nutrition, hygiene and child development.
• Maintain comprehensive patient documentation and support audit and quality‑assurance processes.
• Participate in community outreach and vaccination campaigns.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience in paediatric nursing or related healthcare.
• Empathetic, detail‑oriented and able to communicate effectively with children and families.
• Commitment to evidence‑based practice and continuous improvement in child health services.
