People Analytics Principal

About the role

CloudFactory is seeking a People Analytics Principal to own end‑to‑end people‑analytics initiatives. You will translate complex workforce data into strategic insights that shape talent and organisational decisions across a fast‑scaling, mission‑driven company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business‑intelligence projects, delivering reports and analyses for senior talent and business stakeholders.
• Identify, acquire, and integrate data sources while ensuring data quality and relevance.
• Design and maintain data models and structures to support moderate‑complexity analytical requirements.
• Create interactive visualisations using appropriate tools, prototype with users, and iterate based on feedback.
• Define and prioritise measurement frameworks, develop base and derived metrics, and support reporting for teams and projects.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading complex people‑analytics or workforce‑planning initiatives.
• Ability to work independently, manage ambiguity, and communicate technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
• Strong stakeholder‑management skills, especially with senior talent and business leaders.
• Excellent problem‑solving mindset and a data‑driven approach to decision making.
