About the role
The Direct Support Professional provides assistance to individuals receiving services, supporting daily living activities and personal care while promoting independence and choice.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) including personal care.
- Drive Springbrook vehicles when required and ensure safe transportation.
- Maintain compliance with Springbrook policies and state regulations.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet vehicle driving requirements.
- Physical ability to perform required interventions.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word.
- Ability to learn additional computer software as needed.
