Performance Marketing Associate

About the role

The Performance Marketing Associate will manage the day‑to‑day operations of Moringa School’s paid media efforts. This hands‑on role is responsible for setting up, monitoring and optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive student acquisition, engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, launch, monitor and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, Twitter and other channels in line with admissions and revenue targets.
• Conduct daily health checks on pacing, spend and performance, and make or flag necessary adjustments.
• Produce daily and weekly performance reports, highlighting issues and opportunities.
• Support creation of ad creatives, landing pages and copy in collaboration with creative and product teams.
• Run A/B tests and document learnings for the Paid Media Playbook.
• Maintain the content calendar and assist with content marketing execution.
• Perform keyword research and basic on‑page SEO optimisation.
• Manage marketing automation workflows, CRM data entry and monitor lead‑to‑conversion funnels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, independently handling daily campaign operations.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities, able to juggle multiple live campaigns.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and reliable in a fast‑paced environment.
