Personal Injury Case Manager

About the role

Dubin Law Group is looking for a dedicated Personal Injury Case Manager to manage pre‑litigation cases across Seattle, Tacoma, and Spokane. You will be the primary liaison for clients, ensuring their cases move forward efficiently while supporting attorneys, insurers, and medical providers.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, keeping them informed throughout the case lifecycle.
• Coordinate with insurance carriers, medical providers, and sub‑rogation vendors.
• Obtain, review, and organize medical records, bills, balances, and liens.
• Maintain case tasks, phases, and documentation in Filevine.
• Monitor reports to meet timelines, KPIs, and case progression goals.
• Conduct research and analysis of case documents and prepare detailed summaries for attorneys.
• Delegate routine tasks to Legal Assistants as needed.
• Stay up‑to‑date on personal injury laws and pre‑litigation processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience handling personal injury pre‑litigation cases.
• Strong time‑management, communication, and client‑service abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Professionalism, empathy, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Filevine or similar case‑management software.
