Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal

About the role

Dubin Law Group is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support its attorneys across Seattle, Tacoma and Spokane. The role provides direct exposure to every stage of personal injury litigation, from filing through settlement, and offers a clear pathway to senior paralegal or case‑management leadership positions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and prepare legal documents such as complaints, discovery requests, motions and settlement letters.
• Review, organize and summarize medical records, bills and other evidence.
• Maintain accurate case files using Filevine and ensure all documentation is up to date.
• Coordinate communication with clients, medical providers, insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Monitor deadlines, court filings and discovery schedules to keep cases on track.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation, including exhibit organization and witness preparation.
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy and track case metrics, settlements and progression.
• Collaborate closely with case managers, legal assistants and attorneys.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a personal injury litigation paralegal.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury litigation procedures and case flow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive problem‑solver and client‑focused professional.
