Pharmaceutical Technologist – Pharm Tech

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Pharmaceutical Technologist to join our healthcare team in Mombasa. The role involves accurate medication dispensing, inventory control, and providing professional support to patients and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Dispense prescription and over‑the‑counter medications accurately, following medical prescriptions and providing dosage instructions.
• Maintain optimal stock levels, monitor expiry dates, and ensure proper storage of pharmaceutical products.
• Record and manage drug inventory movements, supporting audit trails.
• Offer guidance on medication use, address customer inquiries, and uphold high standards of patient care.
• Ensure compliance with Pharmacy and Poisons Board regulations and maintain accurate dispensing records.

Required profile

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology.
• Minimum two years’ experience in a hospital or retail pharmacy setting.
• Registered and licensed by the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (PPB).
