About the role
The Hospital Matron will provide clinical governance, lead nursing teams and act as a patient advocate while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. This on‑site senior role is based at Mombasa Hospital.

Required profile
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
- Valid practising licence from the Nursing Council of Kenya
- ATLS, ACLS and EPLS certifications (or equivalent)
- 7–10 years of clinical nursing experience, including at least 4 years in a senior management or supervisory role
- Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration is an added advantage
