Post Producer

About the role

Creative Remote is looking for a Post Producer to serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the post‑production lifecycle. You will coordinate people, schedules, budgets and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required creative and technical standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client projects from quoting and planning through to final delivery.
• Create and monitor post‑production quotes and budgets, tracking spend against forecasts.
• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules and timelines.
• Coordinate editing workflows and oversee media management from ingest to delivery.
• Conduct market research to identify new client opportunities and growth sectors.
• Utilise CRM tools to manage relationships and track sales performance.
• Collaborate with bookings and technical support teams to ensure seamless communication with clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking and industry events.
• Provide senior management with insights and recommendations for strategic planning.

• Proven experience managing clients in a post‑production environment.
• Strong commercial judgement and business intelligence.
• Excellent project management and collaboration abilities.
• Effective negotiation and communication skills.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently.
