Pre-sales Executive (French Speaking)

About the role

The Pre‑sales Executive will support Kaziweza Limited’s growth in Francophone African markets by preparing bilingual bids, delivering product demonstrations, and managing proof‑of‑concept engagements. The role requires fluency in French and a solid understanding of enterprise technology purchasing processes across sectors such as banking, healthcare, and public procurement.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and track tender opportunities on Francophone procurement portals, government listings, and donor‑funded platforms.
• Prepare and submit complete RFP, RFQ, RFI, EOI, and tender responses in English and French, ensuring compliance with OHADA and local regulations.
• Develop bilingual technical and commercial proposals, including cost estimates, solution descriptions, and capability statements.
• Conduct product demonstrations of the full client suite (QMS, VQMS, self‑service kiosks, digital signage, appointment booking, CX CRM, CX portal) for prospects in banking, healthcare, and enterprise sectors.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute Proof‑of‑Concept engagements, delivering bilingual documentation and gathering client feedback.
• Support discovery sessions to align Marezi solutions with prospect needs and prepare accurate bilingual quotations.
• Maintain a tender calendar, compliance matrix, and CRM records in Zoho, ensuring zero missed deadlines.
• Produce regular English reports on bid activity, demo pipeline, POC status, and win‑loss analysis for leadership.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (minimum C1) and strong English communication skills.
• Commercially confident, outspoken in client settings, and knowledgeable about enterprise technology decision‑making in Francophone African markets.
• At least two years of experience preparing bids, proposals, or tender responses in a B2B environment.
