Pre-Sales Fixed Network Product Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

About the role

Huawei Kenya is looking for a Mandarin‑speaking Pre‑Sales Fixed Network Product Manager to drive market positioning and revenue growth for DWDM, IP and Access solutions across Sub‑Saharan Africa. You will act as the technical bridge between customers and Huawei’s product teams, helping operators design cost‑effective, future‑ready fixed networks.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies and tactical plans for fixed‑network products.
• Engage with key customers on network planning, implementation, marketing, service provisioning and maintenance.
• Collaborate with decision‑makers in the Sub‑Saharan region to promote Huawei’s innovative solutions.
• Work closely with Huawei R&D teams to customize and innovate region‑specific solutions.
• Support regional sales teams by mentoring Account Managers and Solution Managers to achieve targets.
• Prepare technical proposals, respond to RFPs and conduct competitive research.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of education in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering or IT (Degree or Diploma).
• At least 2 years of experience selling fixed‑network solutions such as DWDM, OTN, IP, routers, switches or FTTH.
• Strong Mandarin communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel within the region.
