Presales Executive

About the role

The Presales Executive will support the sales team by generating leads, preparing technical and commercial bids, and delivering tailored electronic security solutions to clients. This role bridges the gap between customer requirements and our product offerings, ensuring successful tender outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and ensure smooth hand‑over.
• Provide technical training and product knowledge to sales staff, channel partners, and occasionally clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and proof‑of‑concept sessions, both on‑site and virtually.
• Prepare cost estimates and technical proposals that meet client specifications.
• Manage the bid process, responding to RFIs and RFPs and maintaining a library of reusable technical collateral.
• Develop tender responses, expanding on functional and technical requirements.
• Monitor market trends, product updates, and competitor offerings to keep proposals competitive.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
• Minimum 2‑3 years of experience in sales or pre‑sales, preferably within IT, telecom or security solutions.
• Strong understanding of tender management processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
