Process Business Officer – Logistics & ERP Super User

About the role

Everllence is seeking a Process Business Officer to lead warehouse operations, drive process optimisation and act as the primary ERP super‑user for logistics, maintenance and operations. You will support multiple O&M sites, ensuring efficient material handling and robust reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control warehouse activities to guarantee efficient storage, preservation and issuance of materials.
• Develop and maintain procedures for procurement, receipt, storage, issuance and consumption of materials and equipment.
• Serve as the ERP System Super User for Logistics, Maintenance and Operations modules, providing first‑line support and guidance.
• Deliver end‑user training, maintain training materials and user documentation.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process optimisation, standardisation and digitalisation.
• Monitor and report KPIs related to inventory, logistics, maintenance and operational performance.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations concerning inventory and asset management.
• Support corporate Business Intelligence initiatives and reporting standardisation across O&M contracts.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of Business Administration principles and practices.
• Knowledge of inventory control methodologies and asset management.
• Experience with ERP processes in logistics, maintenance and operations.
• Advanced user of SharePoint and document management systems.
• Ability to identify inefficiencies and implement practical solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in multicultural, cross‑functional teams.
• High integrity and commitment to compliance.
