Procurement Graduate – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic fresh graduates to join our procurement team in Nairobi. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in supplier sourcing, purchase order management, and inventory coordination within the shipping and logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and contacting potential suppliers and obtaining competitive quotations.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders, then monitor delivery status to ensure timely receipt.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and filing systems.
• Support inventory management activities and coordinate with suppliers to resolve issues.
• Perform additional procurement and administrative tasks as assigned by senior staff.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication, organizational, and analytical abilities.
