Procurement & Store Keeping Officer – Nairobi

About the role

We are seeking a diligent Procurement & Store Keeping Officer to manage the complete stock lifecycle for our projects in Nairobi. The role ensures that all materials and equipment are available precisely when needed, supporting seamless project execution and protecting the company from losses.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, store, and issue inventory items, maintaining quality standards.
• Maintain accurate, real‑time inventory records in the company ERP system.
• Prepare and control all movement documentation, including delivery notes, goods received notes, material issue vouchers and transfer forms.
• Reconcile physical stock counts with system data and investigate discrepancies.
• Coordinate closely with procurement, finance and project teams to forecast needs and avoid stock outs.
• Support internal audits by providing reliable inventory reports.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• Mandatory experience in inventory, store keeping or procurement functions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a technically driven environment.
• Good organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems.
