Program Manager – Finance Transformation

About the role

The Program Manager will lead the end‑to‑end Finance Transformation (Finance TOM) program, partnering with the CFO, CIO and the Transformation Office. This senior role owns the roadmap, governance, execution and financial control of a multi‑country ERP and finance operating model overhaul.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the Finance TOM roadmap for 6‑month, 3‑year and 5‑year horizons, translating business priorities into a structured execution plan.
• Establish and run a strong governance framework, including SteerCo meetings, weekly cadences and decision forums, ensuring documented decisions and tracked actions.
• Provide a single source of truth for program status with two‑layer reporting at project and program level to C‑level stakeholders.
• Own full program financials (CAPEX, OPEX), drive cost‑control discipline and ensure transparency on budget, spend and risk mitigation.
• Supervise ERP deployment, integrations, testing and go‑live readiness, managing scenario coverage and issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration or related field; MBA or relevant certification is a plus.
• 15+ years overall experience, including 10+ years in finance (controlling, treasury, accounting) and 8‑10 years in program or transformation management.
• Proven experience leading large‑scale ERP transformations and multi‑country rollouts, with ability to challenge finance design and define target operating models.
• Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills, influencing CFO, CIO and regional finance leaders.
