Program Manager – Regional Nutrition Programme

About the role

The Programme Manager will lead the day‑to‑day coordination of IsraAID’s Regional Nutrition Programme, based in Kenya, overseeing implementation in Kenya and Uganda and ensuring alignment with the programme model and organisational standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily coordination of the Regional Nutrition Programme across multiple locations.
• Develop, track and adjust workplans in line with budgets, timelines and operational constraints.
• Ensure strong coordination between Kenya and Uganda implementation teams and consistent application of the programme model.
• Monitor programme progress, identify delays or bottlenecks and facilitate timely problem‑solving.
• Support implementation readiness, phased scale‑up and transition planning.
• Manage the full project cycle for assigned components, from planning through reporting and close‑out.
• Contribute to the development of concept notes and implementation plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing nutrition or humanitarian programmes.
• Ability to travel frequently between Kenya, Uganda and other project sites.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills to align multi‑country activities.
