  • Build and manage strategic partnerships, acting as main contact for external partners.
  • Lead monitoring, evaluation, learning and reporting, including donor reporting and impact measurement.
  • Oversee risks, stakeholder engagement and the political, legal, economic and technological landscape.
  • Represent the Foundation externally and travel internationally as required.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of project and/or programme management experience.
  • Experience delivering projects at pace and to a high standard, and with content creators, young journalists and the AI and media intersection.
  • Experience managing disbursed teams and in-house and external consultants on time and on budget.
  • Experience monitoring and evaluating project impact (logframes, theories of change, KPIs).
  • Preferred: experience leading AI and Tech or AI-Media projects, and in media development in Kenya, Nigeria or Zambia.

Required skills

  • Excellent grant financial acumen and excellent writing skills.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Monitoring and evaluation, project governance and stakeholder management.

What we offer

  • Competitive salary package and market-leading benefits.
  • Learning and development through in-house and external training.
