Promo Model / Promotional Staff for Brand Activations

About the role

We are seeking confident, energetic and presentable Promo Models to represent brands at activations, events, exhibitions and retail outlets in Nairobi. As the face of the brand, you will engage customers, create awareness and help deliver an exceptional experience.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the assigned brand professionally and positively.
• Engage and interact with customers and event attendees.
• Promote products, services, offers and campaigns.
• Distribute samples, flyers, promotional materials or merchandise.
• Demonstrate products and encourage customer trials where required.
• Support brand activations, exhibitions and events.
• Generate customer interest, leads or sales where applicable.
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout the assignment.
• Follow campaign guidelines, schedules and instructions from the team lead.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident, friendly and approachable personality.
• Well‑presented and professional appearance.
• Energetic and comfortable interacting with diverse people.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work according to assigned schedules.
• Previous experience in promotional work, brand activations, events, hospitality, sales or customer service is an advantage.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
