About the role

The Property Advisor will drive sales of residential and commercial plots for HF Development & Investments, supporting the end‑to‑end sales process and achieving the company’s revenue targets. You will work closely with the sales team to generate leads, manage client relationships and ensure smooth transaction completion.

Key responsibilities

  • Create systematic lead generation through project marketing, cold calling, referrals and media, logging all activities in the CRM.
  • Maintain full client engagement from prospecting to closure within the CRM system.
  • Conduct market surveys to benchmark competing property prices and report findings to supervisors.
  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales pipeline reports using the CRM.
  • Build and nurture client relationships, providing guidance throughout the customer journey.
  • Participate in property promotion events such as expos, site and mall activations.
  • Coordinate preparation, approval and filing of booking forms, offer letters, sale agreements and transfer documents.
  • Upload customer payment evidence to the CRM and monitor payment plans to achieve at least 85% compliance.
  • Identify mortgage‑eligible clients early, create and track mortgage applications centrally.
  • Ensure compliance with real‑estate laws, regulations and company policies.

Required profile

  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
  • High integrity and professionalism in client interactions.
  • Team‑player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible approach to meet sales targets.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline management and reporting.
