Property Advisor – Real Estate Sales

About the role

We are seeking a results‑driven Property Advisor to generate and close sales leads, expand our real‑estate portfolio, and deliver outstanding client experiences. The role involves managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract signing while maintaining accurate records in our CRM system.

Key responsibilities

• Generate quality leads through referrals, cold calling, digital channels and marketing activities.
• Capture and manage all client interactions in the CRM.
• Guide clients from initial contact through to closure, ensuring timely follow‑up.
• Conduct market research and provide insights on trends, customer needs and competitor pricing.
• Present properties, conduct site visits and communicate project value propositions.
• Participate in expos, site activations, open days and other marketing events.
• Prepare and follow up on booking forms, offer letters, sale agreements and related documentation.
• Monitor payment plans, support collections and aim for 85% compliance.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and strive to exceed sales targets.
• Produce daily, weekly and monthly sales reports using the CRM.
• Ensure compliance with real‑estate regulations and company policies.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders, Marketing, Credit, Legal and other teams for a seamless customer experience.

Required profile

• Higher National Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• 3+ years of sales or business development experience, preferably in real estate, banking, insurance or financial services.
• Proven track record in client acquisition, relationship management, lead generation and sales conversion.
• Consistent achievement of sales targets.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Experience using CRM systems.
