Property Executive - Tele-Calling

About the role

RenCenter is looking for an energetic, target‑driven Property Executive to join our outbound tele‑calling team at Tatu City. You’ll be the first voice prospective customers hear — sparking interest in Tatu City and turning that interest into booked site visits.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers, introducing them to Tatu City and its offering.
• Follow up via WhatsApp when a call goes unanswered, then re‑engage by phone once the customer responds.
• Qualify leads and secure their commitment to a site visit.
• Log every call outcome and lead update accurately and promptly in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Hand over qualified, engaged leads to Real Estate Advisors with full context for closing.
• Work toward agreed daily call‑volume and conversion targets.
• Follow up and track progress on leads assigned to the sales team.

Required profile

• Prior experience in outbound tele‑sales, tele‑calling, or lead generation – BPO, contact centre, or direct sales background is mandatory.
• A track record of hitting call volume, conversion, or sales targets.
• Strong spoken English with a clear, professional phone manner.
• Comfort with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and dialer/telephony platforms.
• Prior experience with high‑ticket products preferred.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree, or equivalent practical experience, preferred.
