About the role

Wafi Investment is seeking a dynamic Property Sales Executive to join its real‑estate team in Nairobi. The role focuses on connecting South Sudanese clients with property investment and management opportunities, driving sales through networking and relationship building.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential buyers and investors, especially South Sudanese clients.
  • Promote Wafi projects via referrals, community events, and networking.
  • Conduct property presentations, site visits, and explain pricing and payment plans.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals while meeting monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients and partners and follow up on inquiries.

Required profile

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in property sales, marketing or customer relations (real‑estate background is a plus).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and networking abilities.
  • Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently or within a team.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
