About the role
We are looking for a motivated Purchase Executive to support our procurement and back‑office functions at Nukind Healthcare. The role involves handling routine purchase‑related tasks, maintaining accurate records and providing administrative support to the team.
Key responsibilities
- Enter purchase data and maintain databases with high accuracy.
- Prepare and file purchase documentation, contracts and related paperwork.
- Assist with office activities such as filing, scanning and record keeping.
- Respond to internal and external calls, addressing queries related to procurement.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
Required profile
- Diploma or higher qualification.
- 6 months to 1 year experience in back‑office, data entry or related roles.
- All genders eligible.
Required skills
- Data entry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
What we offer
- Monthly salary between ₹15,000 and ₹18,000.
- Medical benefits.
- Day shift from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM, six‑day work week.
