Purchase Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Purchase Specialist to support our procurement operations. The role involves handling purchasing documentation, onboarding suppliers, managing contracts, processing payments, and maintaining accurate procurement records while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and administer one‑time procurement contracts, draft documentation, coordinate approvals, monitor signing, and file executed contracts.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding by facilitating registration, verifying documentation, maintaining records, and ensuring system access.
• Manage supplier reconciliations and payment applications, match statements with purchase orders and invoices, prepare payment requests, and liaise with Finance for timely payments.
• Maintain offline procurement records, organize physical contracts, purchase orders, invoices, and payment files for audit readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Good understanding of procurement processes and purchasing documentation.
• Strong analytical, numerical, organizational, and documentation skills with high attention to detail.
