About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position is for ECOP/COP‑qualified Insurance Agents based in Nairobi County, Kenya. You will engage with clients to provide tailored insurance solutions, guide them through policy selection, and ensure a high level of customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with clients to offer tailored insurance solutions.
- Provide advice on available policies and guide customers through the selection and acquisition process.
- Maintain accurate records and conduct policy renewals.
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout all interactions.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, procedures, and customer service.
- Proven experience in client engagement and building long‑term relationships.
- ECOP or COP qualification in insurance (mandatory).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication abilities.
- Proactive approach with the ability to meet targets in a fast‑paced environment.
