Quality Associate – ICT Infrastructure

About the role

Aga Khan University Hospital, Nairobi is a private not‑for‑profit teaching hospital providing tertiary and secondary healthcare services. It is the first hospital in East Africa accredited by the Joint Commission International. The Quality Associate – ICT will support the design, implementation and continuous improvement of quality, compliance and risk management frameworks that meet institutional standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality, compliance, and risk management frameworks aligned with institutional standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support internal and external IT audits (including PWC audits), manage departmental risk registers, and ensure timely closure of non‑conformities through effective internal controls.
• Help plan and deliver quality‑specific and professional development training for ICT staff.
• Maintain the ICT project tracking system, follow up with project owners on deliverables, and ensure strategic alignment of project milestones.
• Participate in policy governance, audit coordination, stakeholder engagement, and data‑driven reporting to promote efficient and compliant ICT operations.
• Assist in ensuring the ICT department operates efficiently and contributes meaningfully to institutional goals.
