Quality Control Officer – Card Personalization

About the role

The Quality Control Officer – Cards ensures that every personalized banking card leaving the production line meets exact customer specifications, internal quality standards and regulatory requirements. Acting as the final checkpoint, you protect the reputation of financial partners by guaranteeing flawless, fully functional cards for distribution.

Key responsibilities

• Perform detailed visual and functional inspections of personalized cards to identify aesthetic or operational defects.
• Verify personalization data (cardholder name, PAN, expiry date, CVV) against specification sheets.
• Document and categorize defects, maintaining comprehensive logs for traceability.
• Escalate recurring quality issues to production and engineering teams for corrective action.
• Maintain inspection records to support internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements, international standards and security protocols such as PCI DSS.
• Assist in quality audits by providing inspection data and defect trend analysis.
