Real Estate Advisor – Zuri Springs

About the role

The Real Estate Advisor will drive sales for the residential developments at Tatu City’s Zuri Springs. The role focuses on generating new leads, organising site visits, and representing the project at fairs and exhibitions to boost revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise with buyers, providing detailed information on products including price, size and location.
• Prospect, originate and close sales for Zuri Springs residential projects.
• Build and maintain knowledge of the local and international property market to advise clients.
• Assist the Head of Sales and Deputy Head of Sales in planning open days, client presentations and other lead‑generation initiatives.
• Develop relationships with agencies and brokerage firms to support the sales process.
• Perform administrative duties, attend trade shows and record all activities in the Salesforce CRM.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, business studies or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate sales or business development focused on property sales in Kenya.
• Extensive professional network within the Kenyan business sector.
• Ability to use Salesforce CRM to track sales activities.
