Real Estate Attorney – Transactions/Finance

About the role

Bricker Graydon Wyatt LLP is seeking experienced real estate attorneys to join its Cincinnati, Ohio and Louisville, Kentucky teams. The role focuses on sophisticated real estate transactions for public and private companies, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, land use, zoning, and development matters.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex property acquisitions and dispositions.
• Draft, negotiate, and review retail and industrial lease agreements.
• Handle land‑use, zoning, and real‑estate development issues.
• Conduct property due diligence, title and survey reviews, and coordinate with title companies.
• Interpret local codes and ordinances relevant to transactions.
• Represent borrowers and large financial institutions in real‑estate finance transactions (preferred).

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience representing companies in real‑estate transactions.
• Strong academic credentials and high ethical standards.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple attorneys.
• Strong project‑management skills.
