About the role

The African Development Bank offers a Real Estate Management & Services Internship, providing professional and practical experience in real estate management within a development‑finance environment. The internship is a hybrid role, allowing remote or on‑site work depending on the hiring unit’s needs.

Required profile

Must be a national of an African Development Bank member country and fluent in English or French.
Currently enrolled in a recognised master’s degree programme (or within one year of graduation) and not older than 30 years at the start of the internship.
Must provide proof of enrolment from the educational institution.
Must be of legal age in the country of nationality.

Required skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
Desirable knowledge of SAP.

What we offer

Monthly stipend paid during the internship period (3‑6 months).
Medical insurance coverage provided by the Bank.
Support for entry and residence visas, and assistance with travel arrangements for on‑site interns.
