Real Estate Sales Administrator

About the role

The Sales Administrator will support the marketing and sale of undeveloped land for a leading real‑estate consultancy operating in Nairobi and Mombasa. You will act as the first point of contact for prospective buyers, nurture leads, and ensure smooth coordination of viewings and transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Market and promote off‑plan land projects through multiple channels.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email and other platforms.
• Generate, follow up and nurture sales leads to drive property sales.
• Coordinate property viewings and accompany clients on occasional site visits.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales databases.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure timely processing of documentation and transactions.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare periodic sales and marketing reports for management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Surveying or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in real estate, sales administration, property marketing or surveying.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer‑service skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
