Real Estate Sales Coordinator

About the role

The Real Estate Sales Coordinator will support the sales team in driving property transactions, ensuring smooth coordination from lead generation to contract closure. This full‑time position is based in Nairobi’s Westlands district and offers a competitive salary.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily sales activities, monitor pipelines, and track leads.
• Prepare sales documentation, contracts, and performance reports.
• Assist in supervising the sales team, schedule meetings, and support onboarding of new staff.
• Maintain client relationships, respond to inquiries, and arrange site visits and presentations.
• Produce weekly and monthly sales performance reports and analyse trends.
• Support marketing campaigns, monitor market trends, and identify growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales coordination or real‑estate sales support.
• Proven ability to manage or coordinate a sales team.
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal abilities.
