Real Estate Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth for Kaziweza Limited by acquiring new clients and managing the full sales cycle for client properties in Nairobi. You will be responsible for generating leads, presenting properties, and ensuring contractual compliance and timely payments.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new sales opportunities through market research, networking, referrals and strategic outreach.
• Manage and convert assigned leads into qualified clients, maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
• Conduct property viewings and deliver persuasive presentations highlighting features, value propositions and investment potential.
• Advise clients on property options, pricing structures and flexible payment plans.
• Ensure accurate execution of sales agreements, collect deposits and monitor payment schedules.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records, activity logs and progress reports within the CRM system.
• Report sales performance and forecast metrics to the Head of Sales.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in real estate sales or a related commercial sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Strong networking abilities and a results‑driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• High level of accountability and attention to contractual details.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for lead tracking and sales reporting.
