Real Estate Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth for a real‑estate consultancy by acquiring new corporate and institutional clients, closing high‑value deals and expanding market share. The role focuses on building long‑term relationships with key decision‑makers while consistently meeting sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and develop relationships with corporate clients, institutions and referral partners.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through presentations, product demonstrations, proposals, quotations and contract negotiations.
• Maintain and grow existing accounts, conduct regular follow‑ups, resolve client issues and identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and networking forums.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends and provide feedback to management on client needs and industry developments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in corporate or institutional sales with a proven track record of meeting targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Target‑driven, self‑motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Valid driving licence is an advantage.

• Monthly salary between KES 45,000 and KES 60,000.
