About the role
The Estate Officer is responsible for overseeing the day‑to‑day operations of the estate, ensuring that facilities, security, landscaping and resident services are delivered to high standards. This full‑time position reports to senior management and works closely with contractors, security teams and residents.
Key responsibilities
- Manage estate operations and facilities, conduct regular inspections, and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Oversee security measures, monitor incidents, and ensure health, safety and emergency procedures are followed.
- Supervise landscaping, waste collection and cleanliness of common areas, liaising with external service providers.
- Act as primary contact for residents and tenants, handling complaints, service requests and communication of estate notices.
- Ensure compliance with estate rules, regulations and relevant statutory requirements.
Required profile
- Mid‑level professional with at least 5 years (60 months) of experience in estate or facilities management.
- Proven ability to coordinate contractors, manage budgets and maintain accurate operational records.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude toward residents and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of health, safety and security best practices in a real‑estate environment.
