Real Estate Sales Representative (Commission Based)

About the role

Surevest Properties Ltd is seeking motivated sales representatives to market and sell land parcels in the Kikuyu area of Kenya. The role is fully commission‑based, offering high earning potential for candidates who can generate qualified leads, conduct property viewings, and close sales.

Key responsibilities

• Market and sell company land to prospective clients.
• Generate qualified sales leads through networking, referrals, digital marketing and field prospecting.
• Follow up on client inquiries and maintain regular communication.
• Conduct site visits, property presentations and client meetings.
• Educate clients on land features, pricing, payment plans and investment opportunities.
• Negotiate and close sales while meeting assigned targets.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales activities.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to management.
• Participate in marketing campaigns, exhibitions, roadshows and promotional activities.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in land sales or the real‑estate industry (mandatory).
• Demonstrated ability to generate leads, negotiate and close sales.
• Strong interpersonal and customer relationship management skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and results‑oriented.
