Real Estate Site Agent & Brand Ambassador

About the role

As a Real Estate Site Agent and Brand Ambassador, you will be the face of Brites Management Services Limited on property sites and at marketing events. You will guide prospective clients through our developments, convey key project details, and help build a strong brand presence in the Nairobi market.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct property site visits and tours, providing accurate information on pricing, features and project specifications.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and nurture relationships with prospects.
• Represent the company at activations, exhibitions and other marketing events to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Support the sales team with follow‑ups, lead conversion, record‑keeping of client interactions and assistance during negotiations.
• Gather market intelligence, customer feedback and competitor insights during site engagements.
• Prepare daily and weekly activity reports, maintain client databases and ensure brand consistency in all communications.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Public Relations, Communication, Real Estate or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a Brand Ambassador, Sales Representative or similar role; real‑estate experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to engage clients, present information persuasively and deliver excellent customer service.
• Confident, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills.
